
Dr. Eva has worked as an embryologist since 1992. She earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Cornell University, where she trained under Robert H. Foote, Ph.D., a pioneering reproductive scientist whose research contributed to the development of in vitro fertilization in livestock, advancements in animal cloning, and the foundational discovery that female mammals possess a finite supply of oocytes from birth.
She went on to obtain both her MS and PhD at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) and holds a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) license through the New York State Department of Health. Eva is board-certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a Clinical Consultant (CC), Andrology Laboratory Director (ALD), Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD), and High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD). She also holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Clinical Bioethics from Hofstra University.
Eva is the Founder and Chief Science Officer of ARTLAB, the largest IVF training center in the world. She provides IVF laboratory services, consults with biotech and industry partners, directs and supports IVF laboratories, and teaches and trains clinicians and embryologists through clinics and workshops globally.

Donna R. Kinzer is a Clinical Embryologist and Andrologist with extensive experience in IVF laboratory practice, scientific communication, and clinician training. She has spent more than three decades performing and supervising all aspects of embryology and andrology, including ICSI, biopsy, vitrification, quality systems, and laboratory management across leading U.S. and U.K. fertility centers. Donna has also served as a Clinical Specialist with Cook Medical/Nexpring Health, where she supported commercial teams, delivered hands‑on customer training, contributed to R&D and usability studies, and helped drive adoption of reproductive health technologies. She holds a Master of Science in Biology with a concentration in Reproductive Biology from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ashland University. She is an ABB certified Technical Supervisor and has completed Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow and Green Belt training and certification.

Alease Daniel Barnes is an experienced and passionate educator in the field of embryology. With a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from North Carolina State University and a background in the IVF lab, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching role. Alease's hands-on approach and ability to troubleshoot complex techniques have made her a valuable instructor, training students in various aspects of embryology. Beyond the classroom, Alease is a dedicated content creator on social media, using platforms like Instagram and TikTok to educate and advocate for fertility awareness. Her commitment to education, advocacy, and inspiring others makes Alease a valuable asset in reproductive medicine education.

Hannah graduated from Stonybrook University with a BS in Psychology. She attended ARTLAB and has joined us as our resident Junior Embryologist for training and teaching.
